Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing and implementing safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all team members.

• Development and oversight of the Supply Chain Quality Management System (QMS).

• Conducting precise Stock Taking activities to ensure inventory accuracy and meet annual stock coverage goals.

• Enhancing systems to manage supply escalations and AOG spares in response to evolving operational demands.

• Coordinating timely reverse Supply Chain processes to return unserviceable assets from ongoing projects.

• Managing systems to address overdue items, cancellations, or modifications to purchase orders, ensuring an accurate Orderbook.

• Ensuring the accuracy of MJDI Accounting.

• Performing routine analysis of aged inventory and establishing target stock levels to optimize stock efficiency.

• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication.

• Promoting continuous improvement through data analysis and proactive issue forecasting.

• Maintaining reliable relationships with suppliers, both internally and externally.

• Researching and monitoring market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

• Developing an approved supplier portfolio to enhance agility and cost-effectiveness for our customers.

• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and proactively leading the organization in adapting to changes.

• Overseeing project management for closing and incoming programs in alignment with customer requirements.

• Supporting the development of your direct reports and championing growth within the team and business unit.

• Setting clear objectives for all roles and maximizing development through annual performance evaluations.

• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance Safety, Productivity, and Quality while promoting a leaner environment.

• Advocating for the values, mission, and vision of StandardAero.

• Maintaining commercial rigor in a collaborative environment with suppliers and customers.

Desired Skills and Training:

• Training in Managing Safely

• MRP Part 145 Training

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Experience with Data Visualization Software (e.g., Power BI)

• ERP Super-User capabilities

• MJDI Material Accountant (MA) or MJDI Unit Application Administrator (UAA) certification

• CIPS Level 5 or higher qualification

Desired Experience:

• Familiarity with Chinook TLCS contracts

• Background in Military or Aviation supply chain operations

• Experience in Civil or Military Maintenance and Repair Organizations (Part 145)

• DLOC/ILOC experience
