Job Summary:

NATS is seeking a highly skilled Air Traffic Engineer to join our team at Farnborough Airport. As a key member of our specialized team, you will be responsible for supporting projects throughout their lifecycle, providing on-the-job training for other engineers, and liaising with local Air Traffic Controllers and the Airport Operator to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for engineers within scope of competency, in accordance with operating procedures.
  • Liaise with local stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualification to Higher National Certificate (NVQ Level 4) or equivalent, with a background in Aviation, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on maintenance and repairs of systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and flexible approach to meet changing priorities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence for Airside driving when required.
