Our intimate setting, equipped with five reformers, encourages clients to engage in both physical fitness and social interaction. We are committed to providing an outstanding Reformer Pilates experience that motivates and inspires.
Role Summary: We are in search of a dynamic Reformer Pilates Educator who embodies positivity and is dedicated to assisting individuals in reaching their fitness aspirations. The ideal candidate will be personable, dependable, and well-organized, with a strong commitment to leading high-quality small group sessions. If you thrive on building connections with clients and delivering engaging, technique-oriented classes, we would love to hear from you.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging Reformer Pilates sessions tailored to diverse skill levels, providing necessary adaptations, progressions, and modifications.
- Offer individualized attention and guidance to ensure the safety and advancement of clients.
- Create a warm, energetic, and motivating atmosphere that reflects your enthusiasm for Pilates and wellness.
- Establish enduring relationships with clients through exceptional service.
- Exhibit professionalism, commitment, and punctuality as a valued member of our team.
- Engage in continuous education and participate in workshops within the Pilates and wellness community.
- Available shifts include evenings and weekends, with potential for additional opportunities for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications:
- Certification in Pilates and Reformer Pilates.
- Recent experience instructing clients in a studio environment.
- First aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Current professional indemnity insurance.
