About The Role

As a Cleaning Supervisor with OCS UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners at a prestigious customer site. Your primary objective will be to supervise a team of cleaning staff, conducting daily inspections of the site and ensuring staff are working productively and safely.

You will work a 5-over-7 schedule, with 37.5 hours per week, between 06:00 and 22:00. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with customer representatives to address specific requirements and concerns.
  • Managing equipment, materials, and stock levels.
  • Training and developing staff.
  • Performing general cleaning duties.
  • Controlling costs to ensure services are delivered within the agreed budget.
  • Supervising quality control procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Conducting team briefings to cascade information to staff.
  • Ensuring staff present a professional image.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  • Strong people skills.
