Quest Employment is seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpenter to work with our esteemed client, known for their specialization in tailored carpentry and joinery projects. This full-time role offers a consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday, with ample opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ your bench joinery skills to create and assemble bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and various wooden structures as per specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to effectively plan and execute carpentry tasks.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and join materials utilizing both hand tools and power tools.
  • Install necessary fixtures, fittings, and hardware.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards while maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Carpenter, particularly in bench joinery.
  • Proficient in the use of a variety of hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good physical endurance and the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A valid driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
