About the Role
Our client, an award-winning consultancy based in central Reading, is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale regeneration projects throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and regeneration team in the development of commercial, residential, retail, education, energy, and infrastructure projects
* Collaborate with specialists to bring forward projects from conception to completion
* Develop and implement planning strategies to meet client objectives
* Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community groups
Requirements
* MRTPI Chartered or currently working towards chartership
* 3+ years of experience in private sector planning and regeneration
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as report writing
