Join Our Team as a Complex Care Assistant

Superior Healthcare is on the lookout for compassionate and skilled care assistants to provide outstanding support to our young client with complex needs.

We value candidates who have experience in specialized care, particularly those who have worked with children requiring ventilatory support, managed PEG feeding, or assisted individuals with conditions such as Cerebral Palsy.

Available Shift Patterns:

  • Waking Nights: 19:30 - 07:30 – Pay Rate: £14.64 per hour
  • Twilight Shifts: 16:00 - 22:00 – Pay Rate: £13.31 per hour

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 6 months of professional experience in a healthcare environment within the UK

  • Comfortable around pets, including cats and dogs
  • Experience with waking night shifts
  • Background in complex care settings
  • Possession of a valid UK Driver's License
