As a Property Valuer at haart, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking company that values its employees and provides a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to generate new and repeat business
- Focus on gaining new instructions for properties to market and marketing properties to buyers using various marketing skills
- Complete contracts on properties and upsell additional products
- Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
- Canvass the local area and door knock to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Experience as an Estate Agent or in a related field
- Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment
- Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Strong attention to detail
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport/Birth Certificate)
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Drivers Licence Check
