Position Overview

Ramsay Health Care | Catering Support Assistant

As a vital member of our catering team, you will report directly to the Catering Supervisor and contribute to delivering exceptional catering services within our healthcare environment. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement as comprehensive training will be provided. A background in a fast-paced setting will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Holding a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate for Catering (if not already possessed, training will be funded by the company)
  • Collecting food and beverage orders from patients, staff, and visitors
  • Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals to patients, staff, and visitors
  • Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the catering department to the established standards
  • Understanding and adhering to current health and hygiene regulations in food preparation and service
