Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team at Riada Resourcing. As an integral part of our marketing department, you will play a key role in coordinating all marketing activities in line with our sales and business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing plans by sector and region, overseeing all marketing activities
- Manage the marketing budget with the Head of Sales & Marketing, ensuring maximum ROI
- Continuously enhance the website and online presence for brand visibility and lead generation, including analysis of Google Analytics and AdWords
- Organise and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and site visits as needed
- Create promotional and advertising plans for Agricultural, Building, and Civil Infrastructure sectors
- Design innovative communication tools
- Support new product development by researching customer needs and identifying value-added opportunities
- Conduct customer surveys to improve service and identify areas for enhancement
- Analyse marketing data, providing reports and insights
- Perform research on target markets, market share, and competitors to identify business opportunities
- Maintain and follow up on databases of potential business leads
- Support the commercial department with administrative tasks
- Third level education or equivalent experience in Marketing
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in online marketing and social media
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Excellent IT skills & experience in related software packages
- Creative approach and ability to bring new ideas
- Strong initiative and organisational skills with ability to prioritise
