About the Role

We're seeking a talented Artworker to join our Design team at New Look, a leading fashion retailer with a rich history and a passion for innovation.

As an Artworker, you'll play a crucial role in creating inspirational presentation packs and print-ready artwork that showcase our brand's style and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity under the guidance of our Design Managers.
  • Take briefs from Senior Head of Fashion and execute accordingly, developing close working relationships with colleagues and the wider team.
  • Pro-actively generate ideas and apply creative concepts through to artwork accurately.
  • Work with other team members to ensure all projects are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest standard.
  • Create editorial layouts that convey the tone for the upcoming season, with an excellent eye for colour and typography.
  • Design motion graphics and animations for packs.
  • Proactively work to critical path deadlines, driving the team to ensure presentation packs are started in line with the critical path.
About You

We're looking for a creative and organized individual with a passion for fashion and trend. You'll have:

  • Strong design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a natural ability to work to deadlines.
  • A clear understanding of print processes and the latest design software packages, including InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strong knowledge of colour and typography, with the ability to create impactful and engaging designs.
