Job Title: Breakfast Chef

We are now looking to recruit a Breakfast Chef to join our team at The Lindisfarne Inn. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes to our guests. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and presented in a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards
  • Present dishes in a clean and welcoming environment
  • Ensure that all food is stored and handled safely and hygienically
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
