About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Design Lead Specialist to join our team at BT Security. As a key member of our Cyber Platform team, you will play a critical role in the build and configuration of our threat hunting and intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead the technical direction of our cyber security capabilities, including the deployment of Network Cloud.
  • Manage the repository (GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Advise the team on platform, infrastructure, and DevOps best practices.
  • Lead complex technical deliverables, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Monitor and resolve vulnerabilities across the platform.
  • Develop and implement operational processes, policies, and procedures, including platform and secops processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the team.
  • Provide technology coaching and mentoring to team members.
  • Offer 2nd and 3rd line support to maintain service availability when necessary.
