Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Private Client Solicitor with 4-7 years PQE to join our team. As a Private Client Senior Associate, you will work with ultra high-net-worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs, managing complex and high-value private client matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex and high-value private client matters, including estate planning, trusts, tax advisory, and cross-border wealth management.
  • Work with ultra high-net-worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs to provide expert legal advice and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in law and regulations affecting private client work.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years PQE in Private Client work, with a proven track record in a top-tier or leading boutique firm.
  • Strong knowledge of UK tax, trusts, estate planning, and cross-border issues.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
