About Quarriers Fife Adult Support Living

We are currently recruiting two full-time Female Support Workers to join our team in Cowdenbeath. Our services are situated in a row of six cottages, providing a supportive environment for adults with emotional/mental health support needs and learning disabilities.

As a Support Worker within our Fife services, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily life tasks, such as cooking, hobbies, and domestic duties. You will also be required to connect with the people we support, understanding their individual needs and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily life tasks, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with the people we support, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive environment.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
