Job Description

Role Overview

ABASK is seeking a highly skilled Application and IT Support Analyst to join the Tech team and provide expert IT support and application assistance for internal business teams and wider business processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that systems are meeting expected Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and are functioning correctly, with a focus on monitoring and observability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st line support for all IT and application responses from users across the business.
  • Offer desktop support, access management, and user management, as well as Microsoft 365 admin support.
  • Support the development of new applications and systems, and expand technical skills and development experience.
  • Collaborate with business teams to provide end-user testing, training, and operational system use.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned, in line with the business needs and evolution.

Requirements

  • Experienced IT or application support analyst with a background in first or second line support.
  • Proficient in working with and supporting an ERP system, with Business Central experience a plus.
  • Technically skilled and persistent trouble-shooter, with a desire to grow and develop new skills.
  • Familiar with user management and configuration management.
  • Comfortable supporting desktops (PCs, Macs, Microsoft Office suite, etc).
  • Desirable: experience working in retail, Active Directory, and broader administration of MS365.
  • Desirable: experience using cloud services (Azure preferred), Power Platform stack (PowerApps, PowerBI, etc), and/or broader software development practices.
