Job SummaryWe're seeking an AP Clerk to process invoices and payments, provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the Finance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing day-to-day financial transactions, allocating and monitoring payments and receipts, and communicating with stakeholders to deliver great customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Process financial transactions within an agreed control process to ensure accurate financial information
- Allocate and monitor payments and receipts to ensure assets and liabilities are accurately stated
- Code, log, or match source documents to enable efficient processing within the financial systems
- Communicate with stakeholders via email or phone to resolve general enquiries and deliver great customer service
- Reconcile transaction data to external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
- Numerate with a high level of data input skills
- Impeccable communication skills and good attention to detail
- Computer literate with a good understanding of Excel and experience of finance systems
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Experience of processing high volumes of work
