About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at MTrec Ltd Technical. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct planned maintenance activities, including installation of new machinery and refurbishment of existing equipment.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Time-served maintenance technician with experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Multi-skilled with proficiency in PLC programming and control systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
