ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Lead Care Support Specialist at Barchester, you will be responsible for addressing the diverse needs of our residents, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualized care and assistance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

To qualify for the position of Lead Care Support Specialist, you should possess an NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.

We will also require evidence of your specific expertise in clinical care for the elderly. We seek individuals who are empathetic, kind-hearted, and dedicated to providing personalized care and support to each resident.

Many of our Lead Care Support Specialists transition into roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing positions.
