Position: Senior Sales Engineer - Hydraulic Tools


We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales of hydraulic tools and equipment within the industrial and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within designated regions.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features of hydraulic tools.
- Offer technical support and advice to clients regarding product selection, application, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering and product management, to fulfill customer requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and innovations in product offerings.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related discipline (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or a similar position.
- In-depth knowledge of the hydraulics industry.
- Strong technical understanding of hydraulic tools, systems, and their applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions (up to 50%).

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive base salary up to £40,000 per annum.
- Commission-based incentives and bonuses for meeting sales targets.
