About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive growth and meet our clients' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Marketing: Oversee paid media strategies, including PPC, display, and social advertisements, to optimize for ROI and high conversion rates.
  • SEO and Content: Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic, collaborating with content specialists to optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
  • Strategic Planning, Research, and Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, performance marketing, email, and search-engine optimization, working across departments to execute integrated campaigns and ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Social Media: Create, manage, and optimize both organic and paid social media content, building loyal communities for our clients that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Email Marketing: Create, manage, and deliver email marketing campaigns, including data segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, ensuring email campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and drive engagement.
