Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance with personal hygiene and dressing
  • Supporting residents with incontinence care
  • Facilitating safe repositioning of residents using appropriate equipment such as hoists and slide sheets
  • Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring adequate hydration
  • Contributing to household tasks including laundry and cleaning
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills

Essential Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Valid UK Driving License and personal vehicle
  • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
  • National Insurance number
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Prior experience in a similar role is mandatory
  • Relevant training in health and social care
  • Ability to drive and access to a vehicle for commuting
  • Completion of Manual Handling Practical training
