Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Floor Waiter to join our team at Puttshack. As a Floor Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Take orders from guests and deliver food and drink to their tables
- Gain a good understanding of our food and beverage menus
- Provide friendly and welcoming service to all guests
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
- Manual handling duties required
Requirements
- One year experience in a similar role is required
