About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumber Drainage Engineer to join our Repairs Team at Futures Housing Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by carrying out a range of drainage and plumbing works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out inspections, clearings, and repairs of drainage pipework, including multi-skilled work.
  • Locate and repair leaking cold water supply pipes, as well as perform general domestic plumbing works.
  • Coordinate with Water Services Companies to arrange appointments for issues found, including leaks, water supply issues, and sewage.
  • Work with the Assets Team to ensure timely resolution of Section 75 notices involving private/shared water supplies.
  • Provide expert advice and support to internal teams, external Site Agents, Developers, and Contractors on drainage-related matters.
  • Communicate with external Councils on environmental health, flooding problems, and other issues.
  • Be the primary point of contact for pest control, coordinating with external contractors as needed.
