Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our hospitality team at The Marquis of Granby. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and team management, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee food production and preparation processes to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  2. Supervise and guide team members in culinary tasks, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
  3. Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  4. Assist in bartending duties when required, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  6. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively, driving results and achieving goals.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
  4. A background in bartending would be advantageous, but not essential.

Experience

  • Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
