Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Functional management of teams during the construction phase.
- Coordination of constructability input during preliminary design phase.
- Project Coordination
- Planning, coordination, and allocation of construction staff.
- Liaising with Project Managers, Site Team, and HR teams.
- Resource Management

- Performance and relationship management of subcontractors.
