About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Nurse to join our esteemed care home in Aberdeen. As a Senior Nurse (General), you will use your leadership skills to make sure our residents receive the highest quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions, from assessing the needs of a new resident to implementing safeguarding policies and administering medicines in line with NMC regulations.
  • Support and mentor your team to ensure they have the clinical training they need to deliver the highest standards of nursing.
  • Develop and implement care plans and detailed risk assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration and a mentoring or supervision qualification. You will also need experience in producing care plans and detailed risk assessments, as well as up-to-date knowledge of the most recent clinical practices.
