Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain function and leading a team of professionals to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure best value
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business decisions
  • Experience with MRP and ERP systems, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment
