About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team at SALT, a leading marketing consultancy specializing in food and drink strategy, activations, and talent. As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling designs for our clients across various mediums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and ideas into visual representations for print and digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email.
  • Design Consistency: Ensure a high standard of work across all projects, maintaining consistency in design quality and style.
  • Design Innovation: Suggest fresh and innovative design solutions to stay competitive and ahead of industry trends.
  • Logo and Branding: Design high-quality logos, brochures, posters, and other print collateral that align with client brand guidelines.
  • Brand Guidelines: Develop and optimize internal brand guidelines and assets, ensuring seamless implementation across platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team to develop creative concepts and designs that meet client objectives.
  • Document Layout: Layout documents and marketing materials in a visually appealing and easy-to-read manner.
  • Visualizations: Create renderings and visualizations for client presentations.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with our team to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Revisions: Provide revisions based on client and internal feedback.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and design best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Design Skills: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Web Design: Experience with web design and rendering is a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis, with availability to take on projects as they arise.
