Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team at GKR International Property Recruitment. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, conducting property viewings, and managing negotiations between landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing expert advice throughout the lettings process.
  • Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings and accurately present properties to prospective tenants.
  • Negotiations: Manage negotiations between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth and successful tenancy agreements.
  • New Instructions: Proactively source new instructions through canvassing, networking, and existing relationships.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local lettings market, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Documentation: Ensure all tenancy documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, meeting legal and regulatory standards.
  • Customer Service: Deliver high levels of customer service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in lettings.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with a professional approach.
  • Proactivity: A proactive, target-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the Stratford market or similar areas would be a strong advantage.
