Guidewire Solutions Analyst:

Insurance Sector Expertise:

Proficient understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance sector, with hands-on experience in at least one operational area such as New Business Policy Administration, Claims, and Billing. Familiarity with roles like GW Policy Center BA, GW Rating BA, GW Integration BA, and GW Data BA is essential. Experience in integration processes is required, along with a solid knowledge of Personal or Commercial Lines of business across various geographies.


Guidewire Product Knowledge:

Exposure to the complete Guidewire Product Suite or experience in Core Components (CC), Policy Center (PC), or Billing Center (BC) is advantageous. Familiarity with Guidewire templates will be considered a plus.


Analytical Skills:

Demonstrated ability in analysis, requirement gathering, elicitation, and testing is crucial. Candidates should possess strong skills in creating impactful presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.


Stakeholder Engagement:

Capability to conduct walkthroughs, workshops, and meetings with various business stakeholders is necessary. Building and maintaining client relationships is vital, along with the ability to engage comfortably with all levels within the client's organization.


Solution Evaluation:

Excellent skills in evaluating solutions from a comprehensive business value perspective are required. Experience with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM or SAFe will be beneficial.
