Solicitor - Serious & Catastrophic Injury (Claimant)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our Serious and Catastrophic Injury team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships within the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in serious and catastrophic injury cases
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support client claims
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Arrangements:

We offer a flexible working arrangement, with the option to work remotely and attend the office as needed. Regular office attendance is not mandatory, but occasional visits are expected.

Travel:

Travel may be required for client meetings and engagements.
