New Build Conveyancer Opportunity

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced New Build Conveyancer to join its award-winning team. As a key member of the Conveyancing team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of new build transactions and supervising a small team of Legal Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Handle a caseload of new build transactions from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Client and Third-Party Interaction: Effectively communicate with clients and third parties to provide advice and assistance, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Communication: Keep clients and third parties informed about all elements of the conveyancing transaction, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency.
  • System Updates: Maintain real-time updates on the case management system and any third-party websites, sending weekly updates to developers as required.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with referrers of work, ensuring a steady flow of incoming work and preventing drop-offs due to poor service delivery.
  • Documentation: Prepare required documentation as part of the conveyancing process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Supervision: Manage a small team of Legal Assistants, actively contributing to their training and development, and ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Completion Preparation: Ensure all aspects of completions are prepared and run smoothly on the day of completion, minimizing delays and ensuring a seamless process.
  • Team Support: Provide support to your team and other teams as needed, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment.
