About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at ISR Recruitment. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing labour relations matters and employee relations cases in France and other European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to employees, managers, and HR colleagues on a range of ER issues, including performance management, internal investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Investigate complex employment matters, working under the guidance of the senior Employee Relations management team and internal and external legal counsel.
  • Develop and implement effective ER strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide ER situational support, performance management, and critical incident management.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified with 3-5 years of commercial experience in Employee Relations.
  • Experience of employment law through employee relations case handling in fast-moving, multi-site environments across the UK and Europe, with a specific focus on France.
  • Strong leadership and managerial experience, with the ability to work collaboratively, lead, and influence at all levels within the organisation.
