About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Logistics Consultant to join our Transport Division in Rugby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising directly with our client to fulfill all bookings, recruit, vet, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the client's management team to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Coordinate and fill all bookings in a timely manner, ensuring that staffing levels meet the client's demands.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and background checks to ensure compliance with client specifications and industry regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise recruitment strategies and enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the logistics or transport sector, is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and the ability to assess candidate suitability based on industry-specific requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
