As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality staffing solution for educational institutions in the Kent and Medway regions. Your efforts will not only enhance the reputation of New Directions but also contribute to business expansion through satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, assess, and maintain strong relationships with candidates available for educational supply roles within your designated area.
  • Foster connections with school personnel, including head teachers and department heads, to promote our services effectively.
  • Conduct regular visits to schools as per the agreed strategy, focusing on generating new business and providing exceptional follow-up services to existing clients.
  • Identify and secure new school partnerships through strategic outreach and tailored offerings, creating additional opportunities for registered supply staff.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with local clients who require educational supply staff, organizing meetings to showcase our comprehensive services.
  • Efficiently manage communication with clients and candidates while navigating the database to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Execute proactive sales calls to secure placements for supply staff, adhering to established processes and standards.
  • Maintain consistent contact with supply staff to ensure their availability for assignments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, reporting, and record-keeping in compliance with company regulations.
  • Prepare high-quality CVs and profiles for supply staff seeking long-term placements.
  • Meet branch KPIs as set by management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment consultancy role, with a minimum of 12 months in a billing capacity.
  • Strong understanding of revenue generation and budget management.
  • Exceptional negotiation and margin control skills.
  • Ability to cultivate effective relationships with candidates, clients, and the local community.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agency Workers Regulations (AWR).
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
