About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the central reinsurance purchasing team for a global syndicate at IPS Group.

As a Reinsurance Purchasing Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the purchasing of reinsurance for all lines of business written within London and overseas offices.

The ideal candidate will have a hard working and pro-active approach, coupled with an analytical mindset and the ability to work in a small but collaborative team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the purchasing of reinsurance for all lines of business
  • Working closely with the hiring manager to learn the ropes and develop skills
  • Developing into a pure reinsurance purchasing role with opportunities for travel and broker exposure

We are looking for an individual with a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to work. Experience in either a direct or reinsurance background is desirable.

This is a busy and varied role that requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
