Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team and help us raise the bar of our visual world. As a key member of our creative team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-centric design across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visually compelling and engaging design concepts for digital and print media.
  • Produce captivating video content, including social media-friendly snippets and longer explainer videos.
  • Take ownership of the creative design process, from concept to delivery, to ensure standout and on-brand content for Ohme's internal stakeholders and B2B partners.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our visual identity and content, and provide mentorship to our Junior Designer.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio of high-quality output.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) and Figma, with experience in UI, video editing, animation, and motion graphics a plus.
  • Ability to innovate using new formats, stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, and utilize AI to streamline your workflow.
  • Flexibility and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Alignment with Ohme's values: Move fast, be brave, push the bar, take ownership, and be transparent.
  • Self-starter with a customer-centric approach, always looking for ways to improve and learn from feedback.
  • Outgoing and personable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
