Position Overview

In House Recruiter International Ltd is at the forefront of innovative energy solutions and sustainable power generation. We are seeking a skilled Automation Field Service Engineer to enhance our operational capabilities.
Role Summary: In this position, you will be primarily responsible for the preparation, execution, testing, and commissioning of marine automation projects, including new installations, upgrades, and service-related tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to both organizational and client EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards, procedures, and safe working practices.
  • Ensure personal development by completing all necessary training in accordance with company policies.
  • Lead and collaborate with a Field Service Engineering team on various technical activities as directed by Resource Managers.
  • Perform administrative duties related to marine services as instructed by the marine service manager.

Required Qualifications:
  • Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution; alternatively, substantial experience with large-scale automation systems.
  • Proficiency in working with PC/PLC systems.
  • Familiarity with PLC programming, including ladder diagrams and function blocks.
  • Experience with extensive Automation Systems utilizing HMI PCs.
  • Knowledge of networking equipment and communication protocols such as Modbus.
  • Proven track record of site-based work.

Note: This position is exclusively available for SOLE UK NATIONALS due to project requirements.
