Quality Engineer Job Description

At RETAIND Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to establish supplier quality performance criteria.
  • Investigate and report non-conformances and customer complaints.
  • Deliver quality training and materials to new starters.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Quality Engineer role within the manufacturing and assembly sector.
  • Knowledge of metalworking processes, including punching, brake press/folding, powder coating, welding, and assembly.
  • Familiarity with the storage, handling, and movement of finished metal products, assemblies, and components.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbally and in writing.
