Overview:
Host Staffing is on the lookout for a talented and seasoned General Manager to oversee one of our esteemed gastro pubs located in the vibrant area of Chelsea. This is a unique opportunity to join a boutique collection of independently operated gastro pubs, celebrated for their outstanding quality and service.

The Role:
  • As the General Manager, you will represent the pub, fostering a warm and inviting environment.
  • Your leadership will be hands-on, ensuring that the highest service standards are upheld, and that every patron has a remarkable experience.
  • Your ability to connect with the local community and regular visitors will be essential for your success.
  • You will also manage the back-of-house team, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to premium standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and lead the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee back-of-house operations, ensuring efficiency and high quality.
  • Establish strong relationships with the local community and loyal customers.
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining effective cost management.
  • Preserve the pub's reputation for excellence in both cuisine and service.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the owners on the strategic direction of the business.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Demonstrated experience as a General Manager in a premium gastro pub or similar upscale hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a talent for motivating and managing a team.
  • A personable and engaging demeanor, capable of building lasting relationships with customers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • A passion for high-quality food, beverages, and outstanding service.
