About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team at One Manchester. As a Painter and Decorator Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services to our properties across Manchester.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a range of maintenance and repair tasks, including painting and decorating, plumbing, plastering, joinery, and tiling.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve high standards of performance.
  • Operate a company vehicle to travel to properties and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of work activity through mobile devices or other appropriate means.
Requirements
  • Recognised trade apprenticeship or NVQ L3 standard in a relevant trade.
  • Proven experience in painting and decorating, plumbing, plastering, joinery, and tiling.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety legislation and CDM regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work carefully, methodically, and safely with good planning and organisational skills.
