About the Role

Miles Recruitment Ltd is working with a well-established law firm to appoint an experienced Fee Earner/Solicitor to join their business.

About Your New Role

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of private client matters, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents such as wills, trust deeds, powers of attorney, and other related legal instruments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a diverse caseload of private client matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents
  • Provide tax planning services
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the company's procedures and regulatory requirements

About You

To excel in this role, you will need to have the ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Other essential qualities and skills include:

  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong drafting skills for legal documents
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
