Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Deputy Charge Nurse at Woodland View Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with a sincere passion for supporting individuals facing mental health challenges in a low secure setting. You will work closely with patients and the Multi-Disciplinary Team, holding delegated responsibilities for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, ensuring that your clinical practice meets high standards of quality.
This role also involves assisting the Senior Charge Nurse in managing the nursing team and providing clinical leadership.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude towards enhancing the care experience for service users. A commitment to engaging in training opportunities to expand your knowledge and a record of professional development are essential.
Additional Information:
The position requires a commitment of 37 hours per week, with a flexible approach to shift patterns.
