Job Title: Multi Trader

Hourly Rate:
£20ph CIS

Key Responsibilities of a Multi Trader:

• Carpentry: Installation of skirting boards and door hanging
• Plastering: Executing patch repairs
• Painting and Decorating: Conducting minor painting tasks
• Plumbing: Performing tap replacements and small plumbing fixes
• UPVC: Managing repairs for windows and door locks

Qualifications Required for a Multi Trader:

• Experience in Social Housing
• City & Guilds / NVQ in Primary Trade
• Valid Driving License
