A challenging role has arisen for a driven business development executive to contribute to the success of Q Underwriting in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will possess a professional telephone manner, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong ability to develop brokers via telemarketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and develop leads from existing brokers and new brokers in the market that match our underwriting appetite.
- Broker Insight: Build a comprehensive database of insight into our existing brokers, including their needs and preferences.
- Quote Chasing: Follow up on quotes on behalf of underwriters across Q-Underwriting to ensure timely completion.
- Development: Identify broker potential and re-activate dormant accounts to drive business growth.
- Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities for other parts of PIB Group and follow up on marketing campaigns, initiatives, and insurance events.
- Relationship Management: Organize and attend meetings with account leads to maintain strong relationships and ensure they are satisfied with our services and products.
