About the Role

We are seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to join our team at the Melville Inn. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business. You will be responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, mentoring each individual to be the best they can be, and driving business growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
  • Using your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
  • Being the role model and guide development within your team.
  • Leading the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back.
