Assistant Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at 14Forty. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning and food service teams, ensuring that our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise between the team and manager to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food experiences.
- Motivate the team to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist the manager with managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the tills and process payments, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Support and train our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role.
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ambitious and motivated individual, always looking to upskill and improve processes.
