Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our Warehouse team at iForce. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective handling and dispatch of customer products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure the efficient and effective handling and dispatch of customer products.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accurate stock management and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff to improve their performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Shift Manager to develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all tasks and activities, including data entry and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
