Retail Operations Leader – Signet Jewelers
As a Retail Operations Leader at Signet Jewelers, you will play a pivotal role in achieving store objectives by fostering a culture of sales excellence, cultivating a customer-centric team, and ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols. Your enthusiasm for exemplary selling techniques will inspire and coach your team, promoting effective leadership and a proactive sales management approach.
You will be accountable for maintaining compliance with company directives, managing costs, payroll, shrinkage, and store expenses. Additionally, you will oversee the planning and execution of operational activities within the retail environment.

We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate the following qualifications:
A proven history of meeting and exceeding KPIs. Experience in managing the commercial performance of a retail store. Background in leading retail teams. Proficiency in setting targets and analyzing business metrics. Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop team members to maximize their potential. A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Genuine passion for our products and a customer-focused mindset. A competitive nature. Basic understanding of legal responsibilities, including recruitment, employment law, health and safety, and trading standards.What’s next?
